MIIM is a letter of the Arabic Alphabet.
It is a letter that is used in the Quran in Arabic.
We loved the look of it and how it sounds.
We have a measurements chart on our website. You can go to the last photo, on the clothing you are interested in to see it.
Then you can measure yourself or a clothing item that you have, with the area of concern in mind.
For example, if you are unsure about about the arms, measure this area
You are able to exchange after the the item has been sent back to us. If in Australia, you will also need to transfer $12 for the new size to be sent to you.
If you are around Melbourne, and we are able to come out to you to deliver the new size it will be a $20 exchange fee where you will be able to swap the item (you won't need to post it to us).
For overseas we do not offer an exchange.
Please get in contact about this within 7 days of receiving the item.
If there has been a mistake or an error on our end, such as you have receive a size or a colour different from what you have ordered, or the item is damaged, we can refund you the shipping amount, so you can post it back to us. After we receive it, we will send you the correct size or colour, at no extra cost to you. We can also offer you a refund for the particular item instead.
